Anti-fraud and Chargeback Clause

IMPORTANT Please read below:

1.) Payments are only processed during normal business hours (7am - 5pm Eastern Time).

2.) Payments received after hours will not be processed until the following business day.

3.) If your final payment is DUE on the date you are submitting payment, please ensure that you complete this form within normal business hours (7am-5pm) to avoid cancellations.

By choosing "I authorize" in the checkbox below and submitting this form, you certify that: 1. You are the cardholder OR have explicit permission to utilize the card information above. 2. You authorize Wandful Travelz and/​or their suppliers to charge the listed amount to the card. 3. You understand this authorized payment will be manually applied by Wandful Travelz directly to your reservation with the supplier used to book your vacation. A receipt will be emailed upon payment application to your reservation. If there are any issues, Wandful Travelz will contact you! Please note, you will not see a charge by Wandful Travelz, but you will see a charge from the supplier directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and reflect on your statement.

Anti-fraud and Chargeback Clause

As a valued client of Wandful Travelz, we strive to provide you with a secure and trustworthy travel booking experience. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against fraudulent activities, we ask that you carefully read and acknowledge the following Anti-Fraud/ Chargeback Clause:

1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.

2. Authorization: By booking through Wandful Travelz & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.

3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Wandful Travelz or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction.

4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 407-984-4994 or wandafultravelz@gmail.com

We are committed to resolving any problems efficiently and to your satisfaction.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Wandful Travelz or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.

6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Wandful Travelz, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.

Completing this form does not process your payment immediately. Once submitted, it simply authorizes our agency to process the payment on your behalf. If you do not see the funds taken out of your account immediately, please allow us some time to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.
